Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of purchase.
We accept returns of unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of purchase. Once 14 days have gone by, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and the hygiene strip should be intact within the piece.
To start a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you wish to return. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All clearance items are final sale, non refundable. We offer exchanges only for sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. Please note it may take 3-5 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account of the original method of payment.
All sale items and promotional sale purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a refund.
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the issue relating to your items.
